At 14:16 hrs. Stations 43(North Franklin)  Station 42 (Morris Twp.) and Station 92 (WC-DPS) were notified to assist Station 32(South Franklin) with an Aircraft that had landed without the front landing gear being deployed. The air craft slid on it belly for several yards, coming to rest in an upright attitude. Even though there was substantial damage to the aircrafts underside and the prop, the pilot escaped without injury. All 43 units cleared the scene at 15:36 hrs
